WARRANTY CLAIMS POLICY | WARRANTY SERVICE

The scope of this procedure applies to all items delivered and/or invoiced by Panafoto ZL during the warranty period established by the brands.

 

For any claim to be analyzed, it must be made within the warranty period established by the brand, after the item has been sold to our commercial customer.

 

Types of Claims Recognized

  • Malfunction (by contacting the authorized technical services according to the brand).
  • Missing part (this type of claim will be evaluated according to the warranty conditions of the brand).


It is necessary that the item be checked by the authorized service center to confirm the origin of the damage.

 

Types of Claims NOT Recognized:

  • Broken, dirty or wet packaging.
  • Broken part or broken screen.
  • Paint damage.
  • Bumps or dents.
